Communication Planner & traffic Controller- Morouj

Duties

Projects Coordination:

Co-ordinating projects from initial stages through to delivery, ensuring that all stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget resources and deadlines deliverables.

Projects Follow up and Tracking:

Preparing periodical projects’ status reports and project budgets through regularly tracking and updating projects’ progress.

Annual tasks planning:

Communicating the annual activity plan in a timely manner and ensuring the alignment of the team In the job execution

Traffic Processes Monitoring:

Monitoring current traffic processes and analyse campaigns inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required, in order to ensure optimal client’s experience.

Informing key stakeholders and building effective relationships with clients:

Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems and building effective relationships with key departments and clients.

Briefing & Projects Tracking System Management:

Establishing an online briefing system that

Performance management:

Tracking the work follow and reporting the performance of each area alongside analytics and recommendations of corrective actions

Traditional and digital media monitoring:

Providing periodical analytical reports and website covering latest traditional and digital media trends and news

Social media responding & reporting:

Keeping track of all social media comments & direct messages, and report the trends and insights alongside recommendations of corrective actions

Others:

Take accountability and ownership of any other tasks or projects assigned to them.

Working Relationships:

  • Internal: Operations & production team, Account Management team, creative team Finance Department, Strategy Department and other internal functions
  • External: Advertising Agencies and other suppliers.

Requirements

  • Degree Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project or relevant field Management                                                                                                            
  • Professional Certification in Project Management                                                                
  • Professional Membership in Project Management                            
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
  • Must have high level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Must have high level of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel .. etc)
